Release Update - January 17, 2019


New and Improved

  • Monthly Incentives module
    • Revised the layout, to handle both single and multiple add of employee incentives
    • Set limit to 15 records can be created for multiple add option
    • Changed the select employee from a dropdown list to a quick search
  • Document Acknowledgement module
  • BCC on PnC mailing list the employee assessment completed notification.
  • Manage Tasks module
    • Added option to create a pre-defined task specific for a Client and Team.
    • Added option to create a client task specific on office site network.
    • All specific client tasks and pre-defined tasks are displayed only on target users "Assigned Tasks" section of the dashboard. Except for the office site specific tasks which are only if user is connected on the specified site network.
  • User Profile Settings module
    • Added an option for users to dislplay their name initials as avatar instead of their profile photo.
  • Dashboard module
    • Popup events will now be display on the right side when there's two or more popup events scheduled on same day, instead of displaying two separate popups.
    • Display a notification message for current user's pending self-assessment.
  • AMR module
    • Assigned To list only displays the spcecific CSS assigned to client staff.
  • Service Fees module
    • Added an option to exclude the Staffloading cost on a monthly invoice.

Fixes

  • Removed the displayed "Date To" and "Number of Days" on filed undertime leave.
  • Fixed popup event not displayed when time range "To" is blank.
  • Fixed error encountered when accessing leave tracker module if user is not logged in.
  • Fixed the margin of "See employee result" button on client/supervisor employee assessment view.
