    • PAID status on Xero will auto close the PRF status on mydiv and record the actual date of payout from Xero, except for Cash Advance and Petty Cash.
    • On click of "Release Notification" button for Cheque payment will ask for date which is only optional.
    • Payment to Supplier PRF will directly send release notification to the supplier if supplier email is available
